We have the same memory card.
Answers:
LOL you have a different format or different quality setting, your songs are higher sound quality therefore they use more memory per song and you can fit less of them on the card. Maybe she has a newer model that has more memory. your friend has a larger memory card in hers. You can add up to 4 GB more memory to your sidekick 3. You can pick up one at best buy or circuit city, then you will be able to to have many more songs Ok first off you say you have the same memory card, so that eliminates different sizes of cards.. What your friend has done is she converted the bitrate of her music to something lower so it will use less memory per song. In example: A 3 minute MP3 typically takes up like 3-4 Megabytes of space, your friends are probably taking up like 1 Megabyte of space. Which in turn gives her basically 3 times the space, bt her sound quality is much worse. Do a google search for programs called MP3 compressors, or a good program called goldwave. Or ask your friend what the heck she is doing?
Also you can consider buying a much larger card and not sacrifice sound quality. There is a link below for a 2 Gig (1000MB) Card. PLenty OF room for all yer music.
