I%26#39;ve had Verizon for over 4 years now and never had a problem . If our phones break they fix em. If I need a few extra days to pay my bill they give em to me. I love their family share plan and the in calling and the unlimited nights and weekends. why not At%26t they have the best phones/cheap plans and great service dude if you can...try us cellular...great service and plans...but the phones are boring...i was thinking about going to sprint but everyone says the service sucks...but the phones look cool I%26#39;m bias because I work for the company with the best Network. :o)
I have customers that leave us everyday. And about a week or so later I get those same customers coming back.
Do your research. Go to consumer reports to see which one has the best customer service and network.
I hear you about other carriers having cheaper plans but ask your self how else would they get people to take their service its horrible.
Remember this "they never stop working for you"...
Can you hear me now? from experience, i hated tmobile: ripoffs. i have sprint and ive been pretty happy, with an amazingly cheap plan ($45/month 1000 minutes/ nights at 7pm) although right now i got a phone thats practically falling apart(samsung).sanyo is the best type of phone imo. overall, verizon is the strongest cell phone company, with high tech phones and good plans. Sorry to hear about your phone, but in my personal experience I%26#39;ve found Sprint to be the best value for the money. I%26#39;m sure all the carriers have both good and bad people working in customer service. 5 years ago I would have said Verizon was best, because they had a better coverage area, but Sprint seems to be catching up now. I like Verizon. think their service is better...no dropped calls.I had Tmobile and Cingular..too many dropped calls
