Which phone is the best?

2 i need a good camera

3 i need a good mp3

and 4 im kinda broke so i need a phone under $400 cuz im not paying for it

Go into a local cell phone dealer that sells multiple brands and plans (ie: Verizon, ATT, etc) and ask them. I did this and it was most informative, as I moved from a different state and wasn%26#39;t sure which was best for the new area.

Been happy with Verizon ever since. Had several phones though and they all worked fine for my purposes. However, you should really go in and experience them in person. I know the Verizon stores have working phones in all brand that you can use and see which is best for you! Nokia 5300 for tmobile iphone is the best its only 500 dollars. and cingular! sidekick 3 has an mp3 camera bluetooth internet, text with querty keyboard I am going to get one!! palm treo!! it can do everything!! its even a touch screen!!

ps dont get a razor! ok so my mom has the chocolate phone %26%26 it has all that...my step-dad has the new nokia phone which has all that too...it depends on the style...i think the chocolate phones are the best...they look hott %26%26 they are very useful...you got to choose though on the style you want LG Chocolate Flip. that%26#39;s difficult to answer If you go on Verizon Wireless, you can usually find phones for free which comes with a 2 year contract. If you get the LG Chocolate, you get V-Cast (which doesn%26#39;t require you buying any songs) and you get a decent camera with it.
