Why does it take an hour to get email on my sidekick 3?

people tell me they sent me an email but i don%26#39;t get it and one hour later i get it!

I have the SAME problem!! I think its like that on all Sidekicks though I am not sure. VERY inconvenient. Lol..but I just get on my e-mail on the web browser anyway. Much easier.
