Why am i having a problem syncing my file to my mp3 device?

When i put my mp3 into the usb windows media player says that it%26#39;s conected but when i try and sync a song a message comes up saying error there is a problem syncing file to device P lease Help

If Windows Media Player isnt syncing the files to your MP3 device..best bet is to just go into your My Music folder and right click the file and go to "Send to" and then click on the devices name.. Try this for starters hope it works! Once you have connected the USB to the PC and mobile device, the SYNC file should enable you to set it into send mode. That is of course the music has been entered! The mobile device has to be enabled to receive,via MENU.click onto SETTIINGS and scroll down to CONNECTIVITY.then click on to paired devices,to receive the content of the PC SYNC FILE!
