It keeps turning off by itself. I%26#39;ve had it for 11 months. Moto razor
Answers:
The Razr generally ships with a one year warranty. You may have some luck with AT%26T (formerly Cingular) in getting it replaced.
Dial 611 to speak to a representative and see what they say.
The Razr line does suffer from a fairly well-known issue related to condensation building up in the device. If this shutoff problem persists, it may be symptomatic of that issue.
You may also just have a bad battery, and that%26#39;s a cheap fix if AT%26T doesn%26#39;t come through on their warranty:
I replaced my battery with one from these guys:

Worked fine for me. well u can ask ur parent if u can replace it with another phone and see there reaction NO cell phone carrier will warranty the phone for physical damage that YOU caused. If you dropped the phone and it now has scratches or you dropped it in water you are SOL S***Out of Luck if it stops working. Unless your phone is eligible for the insurance program that the carrier offers such as insurance by Asurion, which is $4.99 per month through Cingular/AT%26T and Verizon Wireless. The insurance comes with a $50 deductible if you actual wind up using it and you can only use it twice in a 12 month period.
Also be advised that the phone replacement you get back will probably be a refurbished model and not a brand new one, unless they are out of refurbished models.
The WARRANTY that comes with your wireless device is solely for MANUFACTURES defects not because you dropped, scratched, dropped in water, boyfriend or girl friend broke it or lost it etc. That WARRANTY is good for a year from the purchase date. If the phone is defective then you will get a refurbished Razr back from Cingular. Cingular will send you the replacement from their warranty department within 3-5 business days. You then have to send the phone, which isn%26#39;t working back to them. Or you can send the phone to Motorola but you will be without a phone untill Motorola decides what to do.
