The UK mobile networks are a complete rip off.
I was in Lithuania and just changed my SIM card to a local one

Coz its simply these bigshots dont want their number to be changed to lose their contacts at any time.. Well then you have to go through all the hassle of telling everyone your new number for just a fortnight. Brother in law did it in Goa, cheap calls but when he asked for a photo of a bacon buttie, it wouldn`t accept it.
Moral of the tale, take your own bacon butties. That is a good idea, and what a lot of people should do, at least for making calls. Of course, your number changes as well, so if you want incoming calls you%26#39;d want to keep your old one in.
You could keep in your old one, and just switch to the new SIM when you%26#39;re going to make a call. if ur not a big businessman and can afford to miss a few calls from "jack from the pub" and "bob the neighbour" then ur good to change ur sim card. all u need to do is tell ur immediate family about ur new num(maybe by a txt), and there u have it. No roaming charges or other bla bla to milk ur ( . )( . ) %26#39;s
peace! cos sum people can%26#39;t be bothered with the hassle, when i went on holiday i didnt even turn my phone til i got home lol There are many dual sim adaptors available now for many phones so you can have both sims uk and a local one and you do not have to keep dismantling your phone. Ta Daaa cheers guys its ok thank for the votes
