Cingular is now AT %26T and every cell phone in our family plan has changed to say AT %26 T when it comes up except mine which still says Cingular? Why is that and does it even matter?

Well the new att branded phones are programmed to say att by the sim card. that way cingular wont have to go to every antenna reprogramm it all. it doesn%26#39;t matter really, nothing bad will happen, haha. they are slowly going through the system and stuff and changing them... yours will change and no it does not matter your phone is fine it is the same company
