Who likes T-mobile?

I have had a problem with my t-mobile representative since we%26#39;ve activated the account. When I asked him questions, he didn%26#39;t know how to answer me. And he did not go over the whole plan with us...even though we asked him to go over the insurance policy and everything...he did not go over it with us. The only reason we purchased from him is because it was cheap for us. Now, we are stuck paying for the phone and it%26#39;s costing us a lot to just repair it...we asked about the warranty and he said it would cover everything...turns out...it didn%26#39;t cover physical damage. He gave me the wrong information! When I called customer service, they couldn%26#39;t take my complaint over the phone and said there was no line for complaints. And when I looked online...there was! How stupid is that!! Who likes T-mobile? And who hates it? Give me reasons why?

My entire family basicly uses T-mobile except my wife and I. My parents, sister, aunt, uncle and grandmother all use it. My family is also very tight knit so all they ever do is talk to eatchother so the T-mobile works great for them as they have free calls to any T-mobile customer any time of the day.

Well, after much nagging I figured I%26#39;d go ahead an get a real cell phone plan since up to this point I%26#39;ve been using Verizon%26#39;s pre-pay plan. I don%26#39;t use my cell all that much so a normal plan just didn%26#39;t seem worth the expense. However, things are changing and it was finally time.
