There%26#39;s no such thing as 1000%, so it%26#39;s a no. PC to mobile or landphone is not possible. In yahoo chat you can talk to your friend%26#39;s phone or landphone though headphone.

For this you have to download yahoomessanger and then add headphone in this and start talking by selecting calling option. FIRST OF ALL, if you want it to be 1000% free...then it HAS to be from a pc to pc with a headphone or from a phone to phone if its mobile to mobile.

BUT, if you want to call from pc to any phone (even long distance) and is willing to pay a REALLLLY LOW RATE such as 0.0125/per minute then theres a program called SKYPE. Its free to download and even free for people with skype that are out of the state (such as in asia or europe) but only through the use of a pc, meaning you can chat and call them for free if your friend from europe also has skype on a pc. But if you want to call a friend from europe...you need to dial through skype (your computer) to their cell phone or whichever phone. ITS REALLY CHEAP THOUGH. you could write the software yourself and then distribute it freely to the world... we would thank you and some big company would either sue you or offer you just enough money to take ownership and throw your idea into the trashcan...

on a more positive note: I really like SKYPE it%26#39;s quality is higher than your current landline.. it%26#39;s much less expensive AND to fit your request... occassionally they offer a "FREE Weekend" deal to get you hooked and give you chance to try their stuff out... so load up skype and wait for a free weekend promotion
