Your best bet would be to get the Sony Ericsson K550i Cybershot, its got 2 megapixel, mp3 player, bluetooth etc. and its only ￡80. mines the k800i, its a 3.2 megapixel and im sure its come down in price now... just found a guy who can change the covers on it too!!
