Where do i find cellphones without plans and not prepaid?

i already have service but i just want a new phone.

Go to your providers store and see what they have available, depending on where your at in your contract you may be eligible for a discount on a new phone if you agree to extend your contract.

You can check out Ebay and Craigslist as well eBay will be your best route really. A LOT of sites on the net are now transitioning to contract phones and services. There are a handful of sites that sell phones, mainly unlocked ones, but those are significantly more expensive. Not sure who your carrier is but, in any event, buying phones off eBay will probably be your easiest and cheapest way to get a new phone without reupping your contract.
